Pay-what-you-want commissions

• Order form

- General TOS apply.
- Fill out the commission form with your request, and I will come back to you if I accept it.
- Communication will exclusively be before the commission, and on delivery, unless I notify you of a delay.
- I will work on your commission for as much as you paid for, but I will make sure the model is finished and useable even if I have to work more than planned.
- NO revisions.
- Payment must be made upfront.
- I reserve the right to stream the rigging process and post WIP videos on social media websites. There are no NDA or privacy fee option for this type of commission.

Vtuber Live2D rigging

Terms of service

General

By commissioning me you are agreeing to all terms of service. Terms are subject to change at any time.- I do not accept time-sensitive commissions.
- You need a ready-to-rig .psd file in order to commission me for Live2D rigging.
- I have the right to refuse any project/application for whatever reason.
- Communication will be either through Twitter, Discord, or Bluesky DMs, whichever is your favourite means of communication.
- Communication through email is also possible upon request.
- I will send you work in process shots for each sections of the commission, and whenever you ask for one.
- Completion time may vary depending on my workload and/or the payment plan chosen.
- You must always credit me in your bios and posts showcasing your model with a link to my twitter.
- You may contact me at any time for additional revisions (Additional costs may apply).
- I will only be including files and configured settings to use for VTube Studio (face-tracking software), or the .psd for model art commissions. I will NOT be including the .cmo3 files.
- I will help you set up your model.
- I will keep you updated if there is any delay.
- If you are unsure/need clarification about any of those terms, or anything not included in those terms, don't hesitate to ask.

Usage

- The process may be posted on twitter or twitch unless you request otherwise.
- I reserve the right to post videos and images of the completed model as an advertisement for and example of my work
- You must always credit me in your bios and posts showcasing your model with a link to my twitter.
- You may use the model for streaming/videos for twitch, youtube, etc.
- Please contact me and your model artist if you wish to re-sell the model.
- Clients are NOT permitted to use my rigging or art for non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency.

Payment

- I will only refund the amount I received after fees.
- Refunds are available if I have not started on your commission yet.
- Refunds of 50% if I am less than 50% done with your commission, no refunds if I am more than 50% done on your commission.
- If I cancel your commission, you will be fully refunded.
- Payment will be sent through Paypal Invoices only.
- Your invoice can be paid in as many intallments as you wish, but I will not begin working on your commission until at least 50% of the payment is received (or 33% if the invoice is over 1000 €), and I will not deliver the finished files until the invoice is fully paid.
